  11.   Operation of Keys.
  12.         F1 - Gives this display
  13.         F2 - Updates the Environment and leaves EE.
  14.         F3 - Quits EE without updating the Environment.
  15.         F4 - Clears the Environment completely.
  16.         F5 - Inserts a blank line above the cursor line.
  17.         F6 - Deletes the current line.
  18.         F7 - The 0DH key - allows you to enter the
  19.              carriage return character directly.
  20.         F8 - The 08H key - allows you to enter the
  21.              backspace character without backspacing.
  22.         F9 - Redisplays screen. You may have entered more
  23.              characters than the enviroment can handle.
  24.              This shows the expected results of EE.
  25.         F10- Copyright and Advertising
  26.         ~  - (tilde) joins current line with next line
  27.              when the screen is saved to get lines longer
  28.              then 80 bytes
